In November 2019. Modepack started the implementation of the EU project: “ Implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and efficiency improvement through ICT”. The project received co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Program Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020, and through a call for project proposals for grants “Improving the competitiveness and efficiency of SMEs through information and communication technologies (ICT) – 2”, Reference code: KK.03.2.1.19 implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts.

General project goal:

Investing for growth and new workplaces opening.

Specific project goal:

Improved development and growth of small and medium sized enterprises in domestic and foreign markets.

Summary project description:

Making the right decisions quickly, managing change in terms of business growth, process optimization and cost reduction are key challenges in achieving the Company’s business goals.

This project will greatly help to overcome these challenges through the ability to:

  • More accurate planning of the entire supply chain, from procurement and production to delivery
  • More accurate planning of overall business results, from revenues and expenses to cash flows
  • Monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
  • Quick response to the needs of each customer
  • Analysing and reporting the achieved operating and financial results
  • Fact-based decision making
  • Facilitating, accelerating, or eliminating routine and administrative work

Expected results:

  • Reducing staff and equipment costs per unit of product
  • More efficient and effective process planning and monitoring
  • Standardization of work procedures and reduction of employees’ working time on daily operational activities
  • Improving the timeliness and completeness of deliveries
  • More precise planning of production capacities and resources and their supervision
  • Faster response to process changes and risks
  • Increase the productivity of the sales department through accelerations of the cycle “from inquiry to collection” and after-sales activities.

On November 1, 2020, the company Modepack has successfully completed the implementation of an EU project: “Implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and efficiency improvement through ICT”. The project received co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Program Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020, and through a call for project proposals for grants “Improving the competitiveness and efficiency of SMEs through information and communication technologies (ICT) – 2”, Reference code: KK.03.2.1.19 implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts.

The successful implementation of investment activities in the company’s resource management system and ERP solution achieved a significant improvement in Modepack’s business processes and provided the preconditions for strong further development of the Company and business sustainability. The project ensured the integration of business processes, a digital business transformation has been carried out, and components of the information and communication system have been established that will contribute to a significant and sustainable increase in competitiveness in the domestic and foreign markets.
