In October 2018 company Modepack started the implementation of the EU project: “Establishment of an integrated quality, environmental and safety management system”. The project received co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Program Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020, and through a call for project proposals for grants “Introduction of a Business Process and Quality Management System (ISO and similar standards)”, Reference code: KK.03.2.1.14 implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts.
General project goal:
- Investing for growth and new workplaces opening.
Specific project goal:
- Improved development and growth of small and medium sized enterprises in domestic and foreign markets.
Summary project description:
As part of the implementation of an integrated quality, environmental and safety management system, the plan is to harmonize operations with the requirements of following standards:
- HRN EN ISO 9001:2015, Quality management systems – Requirements
- HRN EN ISO 14001:2015, Environmental management systems – Requirements with instructions for use
- HRN ISO 45001:2018, Occupational health and safety management systems – Requirements with instructions for use
Expected results:
- Improving customer satisfaction
- Improving the confidence of potential customers in the ability to meet their requirements
- Improving the timeliness of delivery of quality products
- Reduction of costs incurred due to incomplete efficiency of business processes
- Reduction of adverse environmental impacts
- Reducing or eliminating the risk of illness and accidents that occur as a result of working conditions.

On August 1, 2019, the company Modepack has successfully completed the implementation of the EU project: “”Establishment of an integrated quality, environmental and safety management system”. The project received co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Program Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020, and through a call for project proposals for grants “Introduction of a Business Process and Quality Management System (ISO and similar standards)”, Reference code: KK.03.2.1.14 implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts.
Successful project investment in the preparation, introduction, and certification of management systems according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 standards as well as training employees for successful implementation of standards, fully achieved the purpose of the project – increased competitiveness of Modepack through certification internationally recognized norms and preconditions have been created for further growth and development of the business. The achieved results of the project are increased global competitiveness of the company due to the implementation of quality management systems in business processes, and due to the certification of internationally recognized standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.
