With its new slogan: “We create the future,” FACHPACK 2021 was devoted to the trending topic of “environmentally friendly packaging,” which was present every step of the way while we were exploring the exhibition halls.

A total of 788 exhibitors from 33 countries and about 24,000 trade visitors in these COVID times is quite remarkable. More so, excellent organization and displayed packaging materials, accessories, machinery, and numerous innovations in the packaging industry, are the sole reason why this fair is more than worth visiting.

We have already started preparations for exhibiting on the FACHPACK 2022 and their new key theme, “Transition in packaging.” Theme devoted to the influential trends currently impacting the packaging industry. Sustainability, circular economy, digitalization, and e-commerce are a mix driven by customers’ purchasing behaviors and by the law.

All these parts of the mix are not only a task for the packaging industry; they also offer a significant opportunity to make changes.
