MODEPACK is a specialized manufacturer of packaging that it exports to 25 world markets, with a total export share of 84%.

Following the development of our production - expanding the production capacity of eCommerce, courier and security packaging, we are preparing for the new challenges ahead. Job description:

  • Modepack is a company specialized in two niches of the global market - Security Packaging  and eCommerce & Courier Packaging. This position refers to the sale of eCommerce & Courier Packaging.
  • Sales department are the initiator and first step of all processes, so the Sales Manager should first and foremost be proactive and self-initiated. The enthusiasm that will bring to the company needs to be strong and always present.
  • As a manufacturing company, we create new values ​​that we place on the market. Customers need to feel the quality of our organization, and the Sales Manager is the main link of the company with the market/customers.
  • Work discipline, driven by knowledge and organizational skills, will make this job comfortable for yourself and your environment. A professional approach to business with a clear definition of strategies and goals (along with other department managers) will ensure the future of the company is stable and successful.
  • We are a fast growing company, over 30% a year. This is good, but it also often causes stressful situations that require calmness and professional guidance toward problem solving.
  • The main activities can be distinguished: communication with customers and care of business relationship, market analysis and definition of goals, finding new customers and selling goods with them, with Sales Assistant to take care of the business flow from ordering to delivery of goods, travel and foreign sales, establishing new niches (products) and participation in the development of them.
  • In addition to all of the above, the Sales Manager should be actively involved and contribute with his knowledge to the development of the company together with all other department managers.

 

Requirements:

  • Economics education, university degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs.
  • Demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm in work. Proactivity.
  • Highly developed leadership techniques and knowledge and case management.
  • Advanced knowledge of English, preferred knowledge of additional foreign language.
  • Knowledge of working with computer - Microsoft Office programs.
  • Creating and implementing a customer access strategy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Superior organizational skills. Team spirit.
  • High level of motivation and energy.
  • Driving license B category.

Opis posla:

  • Modepack je tvrtka specijalizirana za dvije niše globalnog tržišta – sigurnosna ambalaža (Security Packaging) i ambalaža za kurirske službe i online trgovine (eCommerce & Courier Packaging). Ova pozicija voditelja se odnosi na prodaju ambalaže za kurirske službe i online trgovine.
  • Prodaja je pokretač i prvi korak svih procesa, stoga voditelj prodaje prije svega treba biti proaktivan i samoinicijativan. Entuzijazam koji će unositi u poduzeće treba biti snažan i uvijek prisutan. Kao tvrtka koja se bavi proizvodnjom, stvaramo nove vrijednosti koje plasiramo na tržište. Kupci trebaju osjećati kvalitetu naše organizacije, a voditelj prodaje je glavna poveznica tvrtke sa tržištem/kupcima.
  • Radna disciplina, upravljana znanjem i organizacijskim sposobnostima činiti će ovaj posao ugodnim za sebe i okruženje. Profesionalan pristup poslu uz jasno definiranje strategija i ciljeva (zajedno sa ostalim voditeljima odjela) osigurati će budućnost tvrtke stabilnom i uspješnom.
  • Brzorastuća smo tvrtka, preko 30% godišnje. To je dobro, ali često uzrokuje i stresne situacije koje traže smirenost i profesionalno vođenje prema rješavanju problema.
  • Od glavnih aktivnost mogu se izdvojiti: komunikacija sa kupcima i briga o poslovnom odnosu, analize tržišta i definiranje ciljeva, pronalaženje novih kupaca i prodaja roba istima, uz asistenta prodaje se brinuti o poslovnom tijeku od narudžbe do isporuke proizvoda, putovanja i inozemna prodaja, utvrđivanje novih tržišnih niša (proizvoda) i sudjelovanje u razvoju istih, briga o naplati potraživanja.
  • Uz sve gore navedeno, voditelj prodaje treba aktivno sudjelovati i svojim znanjem doprinositi razvoju poduzeća zajedno sa svim ostalim voditeljima odjela.

 

Uvjeti:

  • Obrazovanje iz područja ekonomije, visoka stručna sprema.
  • Minimalno 3 godine radnog iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima.
  • Pokazivanje inicijative i entuzijazma u radu. Proaktivnost.
  • Visoko razvijene rukovoditeljske tehnike i znanja te upravljanje vlastitim primjerom.
  • Napredno znanje engleskog jezika, poželjno znanje dodatnog stranog jezika.
  • Poznavanje rada na računalu – Microsoft Office programi.
  • Kreiranje i provođenje strategije pristupa kupcima.
  • Odlične komunikacijske i pregovaračke vještine.
  • Vrhunske organizacijske sposobnosti. Timski duh.
  • Visoka razina motivacije i energije.
  • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije.
