In February 2020 Modepack started the implementation of the EU project: “Improve international competitiveness of company Modepack d.o.o.”. The project received co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Program Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020, and through a call for project proposals for grants “INTERNATIONALIZATION OF SME BUSINESS – Phase 2”, Reference code: KK.03.2.1.16 implemented by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development.

General project goal:

  • Investing for growth and new workplaces opening.

Specific project goal:

  • Improved development and growth of small and medium sized enterprises in domestic and foreign markets.

Summary project description:

Strengthening the international competitiveness of Modepack d.o.o. through the presentation of products to the international business community abroad, the introduction of products in new, foreign markets and increasing the possibility of business cooperation with foreign partners will ensure continuity in the further growth and development of Modepack d.o.o.

By investing in this project, enabling the appearance of Modepack and presenting products at 8 international fairs abroad, researching the French market, implementing an export strategy to the French market and increasing sales and export revenues by at least 21%, business growth and development will be ensured as well as prerequisites for further sustainability of company.

Expected results:

Expansion of the market – by launching a web shop we want to take up a new part of the market in order to acquire very small customers who buy through the web shop

Increasing the number of direct customers – The company wants to do business directly with the end customer

Increasing total revenues and export revenues – contribute to improving own competitiveness, but also the competitiveness of customers

Tvrtka Modepack d.o.o. je u veljači 2020. godine započela s provedbom EU projekta pod nazivom “ Povećanje međunarodne konkurentnosti tvrtke Modepack d.o.o.”. Projekt je ostvario sufinanciranje iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj u sklopu Operativnog programa Konkurentnost i kohezija 2014. – 2020., a putem poziva na dostavu projektnih prijedloga za dodjelu bespovratnih sredstava “INTERNACIONALIZACIJA POSLOVANJA MSP-ova – Faza 2”, Referentna oznaka: KK.03.2.1.16 kojeg provodi Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja.

Opći cilj projekta:

  • Ulaganje za rast i radna mjesta

Specifični cilj projekta:

  • Poboljšani razvoj i rast malih i srednjih poduzetnika na domaćim i stranim tržištima.

Kratki opis projekta:

Jačanje međunarodne konkurentnosti tvrtke Modepack d.o.o. kroz predstavljanje proizvoda međunarodnoj poslovnoj zajednici u inozemstvu, uvođenje proizvoda na novo, inozemno tržište te povećanje mogućnosti poslovne suradnje s inozemnim partnerima osigurat će kontinuitet u daljnjem rastu i razvoju tvrtke Modepack d.o.o.  

Ulaganjem u ovaj projekt i omogućavanjem nastupa tvrtke Modepack d.o.o  i predstavljanja proizvoda na 8 međunarodnih sajmova u inozemstvu, istraživanjem tržišta Francuske, usvajanjem strategije izvoza na Francusko tržište te kroz povećanje prihoda od prodaje i izvoza za najmanje 21% osigurat će se rast i razvoj poslovanja te preduvjeti za daljnju održivost poslovanja.

Očekivani rezultati provedbe:

Proširenje tržišta otvaranjem web shopa želi se zauzeti novi dio tržišta, odnosno pridobiti i jako male kupce koji kupuju putem web shopa

Povećanje broja direktnih kupaca Tvrtka želi poslovati direktno s kupcem

Povećanje ukupnih prihoda i prihoda od izvozadoprinijeti poboljšanju vlastite konkurentnosti, ali i konkurentnosti svojih kupaca
